About installation
Where do I start?
Start with the room you want to change. During an in-home consultation, we look at your windows, talk through privacy and light, and compare materials alongside your furnishings. You don’t need to know the product names before we meet.
Can I add motorization?
Many window treatments offer motorized options. We’ll check what is available for your chosen product and discuss power, charging, controls, and any compatible smart-home equipment before you order.
Do you help with measuring and installation?
Yes. We coordinate measuring and professional installation as part of planning your project. Your quote will set out the products and services for your windows.
Can you repair or alter what I already have?
We assess blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery for repair, and offer drapery alterations. What’s possible depends on the treatment’s condition and available parts. Contact us to discuss it before replacing it.
